8 Cuts at UP Town Center

No wonder why foodies are talking about the 8 Cuts Burger Blends, as it offers sumptuous burgers with patties that are made in-house from 100% pure U.S. beef.

I'm sure you are wondering how the owner got the restaurant's name. Well, the name ‘8Cuts’ is a reference to the eight cuts of beef used in the 5 custom blends that only 8Cuts offers — chuck, rib eye, short rib, sirloin, brisket, hanger, flank and ox tail. If you are familiar with Burger Bar,  it's sister company of 8 Cuts.

What also interesting about their burgers, the patties are hand-pressed so no two are ever the same. All freshly ground, custom-blended, and seared to order.

Honestly, I really enjoyed the dinner with my friends in 8 Cuts  UP Town Center. The ambiance looks very much inviting. It's actually appealing to my eyes and the music is really cool.

All burgers listed on the menu are all mouth-watering. I ordered the Coney and it's really BIG and delicious. The combination of custom blended patties and fresh veggies are giving a unique taste experience. The burger is a bit pricey but worth it.

What I noticed inside the restaurant is their decorations on the wall. You can see some of kitchen utensils such as knife hanging on the wall. No need to panic! They are not real sharp pointed objects. I know these objects are not really sharp but I'm a bit afraid if one of the decorations fall to someone's head, it might still cause a bit harm.

Anyway, aside from the burgers, what  I also recommend to you Tropa (friend) is their soda. It's very refreshing. Their soda is perfectly blended. Try also their onion rings. It's BIG and crispy.

8 Cuts Burger Blends has restaurants in UP Town Center, Katipunan, SM Megamall Fashion Hall, Trinoma, Rockwell, the newly-opened resto in Serendra.
