Palaui Island was in CNN's top 10 best beaches in the world (2013). The island also became the setting of 'Survivor' USA Season 27 and Season 28. It is 7,415-hectare national government-protected marine area which features white beaches, crystal clear blue water, beautiful coastline and amazing coves.
Palaui Island is located in Cagayan Philippines. It's 14 hours drive from Manila and can be reached from Tuguegarao City via a two-hour land trip and a 45- minute motorboat ride.
One of the main attractions in the island is the light house in Cape Engano. It's features breath-taking view of nearby islands. Other tourist attractions include Punta Verde, Crocodile Island and Anguib Beach.

How to get to Palaui Island
- From Manila, take a bus bound Tuguegarao Cagayan. Fare is around P600-P650/one way and travel time is around 13-14 hours.
- Then take a van going to Sta Ana. Travel time is around 2-3 hours and van fare is around P200.
- From Vicente Port, take a boat going to the jump off point to the island of Palui. Boat rental fee starts from P3500 (depends on the number of pax and season
